Deepika Kohli - Associate, Investments
Deepika Kohli joined Mashreq in April 2008 as an Associate in the Investment team. Her responsibilities include doing fundamental analysis and valuation of companies using financial modeling, doing due diligence on companies to look for investment proposals and recommend investment proposals.
Prior to joining Mashreq, she worked with UBS in India in the Investment Banking Department as an Analyst and tracked the Consumer Product and Retail Industry. Her functions included doing comparable company valuations, precedent M&A transaction valuations and preparation of company specific reports and pitch books.
Prior to UBS, she worked with Copal Partners, Delhi, India as a Sr. Analyst in the Investment Banking Section. She was involved in preparing pitch books for M&A deals, capital structure analysis, valuation of companies and feasibility analysis.
Deepika holds a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) degree from Amity International Business School, Noida, India and is a Graduate in Commerce with Honors in Finance.
