Revised fee structure for the Makaseb Income Fund

We have revised the fee structure for the Makaseb Income Fund (MIF).
Subscription Fee: The Subscription Fee for MIF has been reduced to 1.5% from its existing 2%.
Redemption Fee: The Redemption Fee will now be 1.5% (flat) for redemptions within 12 months of purchase of units.
Performance Fee: Mashreq has waived its entitlement to the Performance Fee from MIF. Thus, no Performance Fee will be charged to the Fund effective immediately.
